Taurean Prince and Mike Scott Recalled By Atlanta Hawks

BROOKLYN (Jan. 6, 2017) – Atlanta Hawks forwards Taurean Prince and Mike Scott have been recalled from the Long Island Nets, Brooklyn’s NBA Development League affiliate.
Prince appeared in four games for Long Island while on assignment, averaging 21.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals in 29.8 minutes per game. He was originally assigned to the LI Nets on December 29 pursuant to the flexible assignment rule. Prince has appeared in 20 games for the Hawks in his rookie season, recording averages of 3.4 points and 2.0 rebounds in 10.0 minutes per contest.
Scott appeared in two games for Long Island while on assignment, averaging 13.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals in 24.3 minutes per game. He was assigned to the LI Nets for his second stint with the team on January 1 pursuant to the flexible assignment rule. Scott has appeared in seven games for the Hawks this season, recording averages of 3.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 11.8 minutes per contest.
