Tim Quarterman Recalled From Long Island Nets

BROOKLYN (April 1, 2017) – Portland Trail Blazers guard Tim Quarterman has been recalled from the Long Island Nets, Brooklyn’s NBA Development League affiliate, following the conclusion of Long Island’s inaugural season.

Quarterman was assigned to the team on February 21 pursuant to the flexible assignment rule and appeared in 13 games (seven starts) for Long Island, recording averages of 12.2 points, 7.0 assists, 6.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 31.7 minutes per game. He also recorded four double-doubles in that span.

In 13 games for Portland this season, Quarterman has averaged 1.5 points, 0.6 assists and 0.5 rebounds in 3.4 minutes per game. He also appeared in nine games over two previous D-League assignments with the Windy City Bulls.
