Long Island Nets Waive Charlie Marquardt

LONG ISLAND (January 18, 2018) – The Long Island Nets, the NBA G League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, have requested waivers on guard Charlie Marquardt.

Marquardt was acquired from the available player pool on December 18 and appeared in four games for Long Island this season, averaging 2.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 5.7 minutes per game. Previously, Marquardt participated in Long Island’s local player tryout on September 30 and joined the team for training camp before being waived on October 27.
